Legal Counsel - 6+ Years

Key Responsibilities:
*Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal contracts and agreements, including NDAs, MoUs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
*Legal advice on IP matters, ensuring the protection of company assets, trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
*Ensure compliance with applicable international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
*Support business operations by advising on legal risks and mitigation strategies.
*Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and Business Development teams, to address legal issues effectively.
*Manage disputes and coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
*Stay updated on emerging legal trends and their implications for the IT industry.

Qualifications and Skills:
*Education: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; Master's degree in Law (LLM) is a plus.
*Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating contracts/agreements, preferably in the IT sector.
*Strong understanding of IT business practices and legal issues, especially related to software, Telecom, and IP.
*Comprehensive knowledge of international laws and regulations, including GDPR, export control laws, and cross-border trade compliance.
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with global stakeholders.
*Analytical mindset with a detail-oriented approach to identifying risks and ensuring accuracy in legal documentation.
