Senior Business Development Executive
Armia Systems Pvt. Ltd. Located @ Kochi Infopark is looking for a confident and reliable go-getter Senior Business Development Executive to be part of our sales operations. As a BDE you will work with inbound and outbound leads to close new sales for our For infrastructure management services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, target industries, emerging trends, and new business opportunities.
Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies through channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking events, and industry platforms.
Manage both inbound and outbound leads, understand client requirements, and convert them into qualified business opportunities.
Qualify leads based on defined business criteria and align them with company offerings before progressing to the next stage.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to closure—ensuring consistent follow-ups and conversions.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships through regular communication and strategic engagement.
Schedule and lead meetings with prospective clients, including presentations, proposal discussions, and negotiations.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and leadership to align sales strategies and achieve business targets.
Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) with accurate and timely information on leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Track, manage, and report all sales activities, opportunities, and pipelines to the Business Head
Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights.
Ensure adherence to company sales processes, workflows, and documentation standards.
Mentor and guide junior BDEs, supporting their lead generation and qualification efforts.
Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in business development, lead generation, and client acquisition.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
Proven ability to work under pressure, handle targets, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and sales tracking systems.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Good understanding of online business models, digital platforms, and market dynamics.
The candidate should have an understanding of cloud hosting and web hosting business processes to effectively handle client requirements and sales.
The candidate should be well-versed in the latest server technologies, including modern hosting environments and cloud infrastructure trends.
