Shift: - Night Shift
We are looking for a B.Sc. Computer Science fresher to join our IT team as a Technical Support Executive. The role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting IT issues, and supporting the smooth functioning of systems and networks.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide first-level technical support to end-users (in-person, phone, or email)
· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
· Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and printers
· Assist in user account setup, email configuration, and system access
· Maintain records of issues and ensure timely resolution or escalation
· Support basic network operations such as LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity
Qualifications
· B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field
· Fresher’s can apply
· Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking
Skills Required
· Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux and MS Office
· Understanding of networking fundamentals
· Problem-solving and communication skills
· Willingness to learn and work in a team
Additional Information

· Must be willing to work night shifts
