Quality Analyst

Job Title: QA Engineer (Functional Testing)
Experience: 5 Years

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing functional test cases, validating end-to-end user journeys, and ensuring high-quality delivery across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to identify issues, validate fixes, and enhance overall product quality.

Key Responsibilities
*Execute functional test cases for core application flows, including:
*User registration and onboarding (including SCIM)
*Login and authentication (QR scan, code entry, biometrics)
*Device and profile management
*Newly released features such as P2P, M2M, B2B, etc.
*Validate end-to-end user journeys across web and mobile platforms
*Test integrations with OIDC/SAML and backend APIs
*Perform edge case and negative testing (e.g., expired/invalid codes, failure scenarios)
*Identify, log, track, and verify defects with clear and detailed documentation
*Support regression testing for new releases
*Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to clarify requirements and validate fixes

Required Skills & Qualifications
* 5 years of experience in manual/functional testing
* Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC)
* Experience in testing authentication systems and integrations
* Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
* Familiarity with web and mobile application testing
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have
* Experience in writing new functional test cases
* Exposure to SCIM, OIDC, SAML-based integrations
* Ability to collaborate with automation teams to accelerate test automation
* Basic knowledge of test automation frameworks
