US Finance & Accounts / Senior Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Senior Executive to manage invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, payroll coordination, financial reporting, and compliance activities for our US and Canada operations. The role involves close coordination with business units, consultants, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth financial operations and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Invoicing
• Prepare monthly invoice projections and verify new contracts or contract expires.
• Coordinate with BU Heads to finalize invoice amounts.
• Prepare and issue invoices through accounting systems.
• Manage timesheet-based invoicing and project-specific billing.
• Track change requests (CR) and coordinate invoicing accordingly.
Accounts Receivable & Collections
• Monitor and follow up on customer receivables.
• Coordinate with internal teams for overdue invoices and escalations.
• Track customer payments and update AR reports.
Accounts Payable & Vendor Management
• Coordinate with vendors for invoice collection and processing.
• Manage vendor documentation and compliance requirements.
• Initiate vendor payments after approvals and share remittance details.
Cash Flow & Financial Monitoring
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cash flow reports.
• Monitor receivables and payables to ensure smooth cash flow.
• Share financial updates with management.
Payroll Coordination
• Prepare payroll data for US and Canada operations on a biweekly basis.
• Coordinate with payroll platforms (Justworks, ADP Canada) for payroll processing.
• Maintain consultant payroll sheets and support payroll accounting entries.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare monthly financial reports including P&L and variance analysis.
• Maintain dashboards related to services, staffing, and operational metrics.
• Support budgeting and revenue projections.
Compliance & Audit Support
• Support year-end compliance activities including 1099 and W-2 filings.
• Coordinate with auditors for US and Canada audit requirements.
• Assist in preparing audit schedules, asset schedules, and year-end adjustments.
Banking & Reconciliation
• Perform bank, credit card, and LOC reconciliations.
• Track daily bank balances and prepare bank reports.
Operational & Administrative Support
• Assist with consultant onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate insurance renewals and employee benefit plans.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial and management reports as required.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
• 2–5 years of experience in finance and accounting operations
• Strong understanding of AR, AP, payroll, and financial reporting
• Experience working with accounting systems such as QuickBooks or similar
• Good knowledge of Excel and financial data analysis
