Job Description
The Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of mortgage operations professionals (processing, underwriting, QC), ensuring service delivery, quality, compliance, and productivity targets are consistently met. The role involves team supervision, client coordination, process improvement, and performance management.
Preferred Skills
Lead and manage a team handling mortgage operations (loan processing, underwriting, QC).
Ensure adherence to US/UK mortgage guidelines, compliance, and SLAs.
Monitor team productivity, quality, and turnaround times (TAT).
Conduct regular audits and ensure error-free delivery.
Act as a point of escalation for complex scenarios and issue resolution.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
Manage client communication, reporting, and stakeholder expectations.
Track KPIs and prepare MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
5–8 years of experience in mortgage operations
Prior experience in team handling or supervisory role
