🔹 Job Summary:
We are seeking an HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience, primarily focused on IT recruitment, along with hands-on exposure to core HR functions such as employee engagement, grievance handling, and attendance management. The candidate should be capable of independently managing hiring requirements and supporting overall HR operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Recruitment (Core Focus)
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment process
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Screen profiles and conduct HR interviews
Coordinate with technical teams for interview scheduling
Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and candidate follow-ups
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipeline
Ensure timely closure of positions
2. HR Operations
Handle onboarding and employee documentation
Maintain employee database and HRMS records
Assist in HR reporting and day-to-day operations
3. Attendance & Leave Management
Track employee attendance and leave records
Resolve attendance discrepancies
Share attendance reports for payroll processing
4. Employee Engagement
Organize employee engagement activities and events
Support initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention
Maintain a positive workplace culture
5. Grievance Handling
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns
Address and resolve grievances professionally
Escalate issues when required and ensure closure
🔹 Required Skills:
Strong experience in IT recruitment (must-have)
Good understanding of technical roles and hiring requirements
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of HRMS tools and MS Excel
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
🔹 Qualification:
MBA in HR / BBA / Relevant degree
Experience in IT hiring is mandatory
