QA Engineer

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and methodical Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and systems meet the highest standards of quality through rigorous testing, analysis, and collaboration with development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and backend applications.
Identify, record and track bugs through to resolution using issue tracking tools like Jira.
Perform manual and automated testing to ensure product quality.
Collaborate with developers, product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage.
Conduct regression, performance and usability testing.
Continuously enhance QA processes and suggest improvements.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry best practices.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to the development team.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a QA or software testing role.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TestCafe, Cypress, or Postman.
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a plus.
Exposure to AI tools, AI-assisted testing, or the use of AI technologies in workflow is an added advantage.
Strong interest in automation testing and willingness to expand automation skills.
Hands-on experience with issue tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Bugzilla.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
