Business Analyst Apprentice

Penguin Data Centre Pvt Ltd is a growing IT services company specializing in software development. We are looking for a Business Analyst Apprentice to join our team and support business analysis activities across projects..
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Support senior Business Analysts in requirement analysis
• Help prepare basic documents such as BRDs, user stories, and process flows
• Work with development teams to understand project requirements
• Assist in creating wireframes and workflow diagrams
• Participate in testing activities and support UAT processes
• Analyze basic data and assist in identifying process improvements
• Maintain proper documentation of project requirements and updates
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred)
• 0–6 months experience or internship in BA .
• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, JIRA, or similar tools
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Exposure to wireframing or documentation tools (preferred)
• Basic understanding of SQL or data analysis (preferred)
