Role Overview
We are looking for a high-aptitude fast learning engineer with 2+ years of experience. You will serve as a technical "adapter," bridging the gap between current processes and the world of emerging AI possibilities. Precision in execution is required, but your greatest asset will be your ability to navigate uncertain engineering industry landscape and to bring structured insights and experimentation to drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Execution:
• Develop and maintain web applications using Angular 18+, focusing on Signal-based state management.
• Implement responsive interfaces with precision using our internal Design Kits.
• Write clean, efficient code while actively learning to reduce performance leaks.
AI & Harness Adaptation:
• Assist in structuring AI agent workflows and building agentic harnesses.
• Prototype with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or related techniques and experiment documentation styles to be used as data sources.
• Help define operational structures for new AI tools where established
patterns do not yet exist.
Discovery & Scouting:
• Actively "scout" the ecosystem for new libraries, AI techniques, or automation tools.
• Cultivate cross team relationships and closely observe workflows to identify possibilities for automation or technical interference.
• Present technical "discoveries" to seniors and product teams to highlight new possibilities for the roadmap.
Operational Discipline:
• Participate in Agile/Scrum cycles and maintain rigorous written documentation for all tasks.
• Mastery of Git for collaborative workflows and version control.
Technical Requirements
• Baseline Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS. Exposure to Angular (TypeScript/RxJS), HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
• Architectural Awareness: A desire to explore concepts like Monorepos, Micro Frontends, and SSR.
• Cloud/DevOps: Basic familiarity with deployment practices.
• AI Interest: Proven curiosity in prompt engineering, context engineering, or building with agentic tools.
Soft Skills & Mindset
• Curiosity and Adaptability: You must be comfortable working in a startup environment where the "right way" to do things is still being discovered.
• Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail and a "first-principles" approach to
technical hurdles.
• Communication: Ability to translate technical findings into clear updates for the team.
