Job Description:-
-> Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Recruiters, ensuring peak team performance.
-> Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
-> Engage and interact primarily with professionals in the United States.
-> Analyze job requirements from top-tier direct clients, including Alcon, Boehringer, Boeing, Merck, Organon, Novartis, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Seqirus, and more.
-> Utilize diverse recruitment channels, including referrals, job boards, and social media
-> Conduct interviews and assessments with candidates and coordinate with the US-based Account Managers.
-> The role is a blend of inside sales and marketing,with a strong focus on talent acquisition.

Candidate Profile:
-> Highly motivated, driven, hungry for success, needs minimum supervision.
-> Loves interaction with strangers, especially foreigners.
-> Enjoys work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
-> Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
-> Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
-> Any degree (All disciplines/branches are welcome to apply).
-> Willingness to work in the Evening Shift:
March – November: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday - Friday) & November – March (Daylight Saving): 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday - Friday).
