Marketing & Growth Lead

The Marketing & Growth Lead will be responsible for building and managing the company’s marketing growth engine.
This role owns the overall marketing strategy, demand generation initiatives, and marketing performance outcomes of the organization. The position requires a professional who can design structured marketing systems, prioritize initiatives based on business impact, and ensure that marketing efforts consistently contribute to qualified pipeline growth.
This is a strategic leadership role, not just a coordination role. The Marketing & Growth Lead is expected to take ownership of the direction, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of the company’s marketing initiatives, ensuring that marketing consistently supports the company’s growth and business development objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Growth Planning
Define and execute the company’s overall marketing and growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
Develop structured marketing frameworks that support sustainable lead generation and long-term growth.
Identify high-impact marketing opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on growth potential.

Demand Generation & Lead Development
Own the company’s qualified lead generation targets and ensure marketing efforts contribute directly to the sales pipeline.
Plan and execute demand generation initiatives that attract relevant prospects and increase market visibility.
Continuously optimize marketing initiatives to improve lead quality and conversion potential.

Marketing Funnel Management
Design and manage the end-to-end marketing funnel from awareness to qualified lead generation.
Monitor funnel performance and implement improvements to enhance lead conversion across stages.
Ensure clear tracking and measurement of funnel performance.

Ideal Customer Profile & Market Positioning
Define and refine the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) based on market insights and business priorities.
Develop clear positioning and messaging frameworks for the company’s services
Ensure marketing content and campaigns align with strategic positioning.

Campaign Planning & Channel Strategy
Develop and manage marketing campaigns across appropriate channels.
Evaluate channel performance and prioritize marketing investments based on effectiveness and scalability.
Coordinate marketing initiatives across digital platforms, outreach campaigns, and brand visibility activities.

Marketing Analytics & Performance Measurement
Establish clear marketing performance metrics and reporting frameworks.
Implement systems to track marketing performance and measure the impact of campaigns and initiatives.
Use data insights to continuously refine strategies and improve marketing outcomes.

Marketing Team Coordination
Lead and coordinate the marketing team responsible for campaign execution, content creation, outreach activities, and analytics.
Define team priorities and ensure alignment with marketing strategy and business objectives.
Maintain accountability for marketing output quality and performance.

Leadership Collaboration & Strategic Reporting
Provide regular marketing performance reports and insights to leadership.
Contribute to quarterly marketing planning and strategic discussions.
Support leadership in making informed decisions related to marketing investments and growth initiatives.

Requirements

Required Skills & Expertise
Strong understanding of marketing strategy, demand generation, and growth frameworks.
Experience designing and optimizing marketing funnels and lead generation systems.
Ability to build structured marketing processes and scalable marketing programs.
Strong analytical thinking with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Experience coordinating or leading marketing teams.
Ability to prioritize marketing initiatives based on business impact and growth opportunities.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Understanding of both inbound and outbound marketing approaches.
Familiarity with marketing analytics, attribution tracking, and performance reporting.

Education

MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field will be preferred.
Relevant certifications or professional training in digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing analytics will be an added advantage.

Experience

8 – 15 years of experience in marketing.
Minimum 3 – 4 years of experience in a senior or strategic marketing role.
Experience contributing to or managing lead generation initiatives.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including leadership and business development teams.
Exposure to international markets will be an added advantage.
