Content & Thought Leadership Specialist
The Content & Thought Leadership Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining the written voice of 2Base Technologies.
This role goes beyond content scheduling and production. It focuses on creating high-quality, insight-driven content that reflects genuine expertise in technology and digital transformation. The specialist will translate complex technical concepts into clear, valuable insights that resonate with senior decision-makers such as CTOs, COOs, and technology leaders.
This position reports to the Marketing & Growth Lead and plays a central role in ensuring that all written content published by the company maintains clarity, credibility, and a consistent brand voice.
Key Responsibilities:
Long-Form Content Development
Create high-quality long-form written content including pillar pages, blogs, playbooks, frameworks, and use-case libraries.
Translate complex technology topics into content that is clear, insightful, and relevant for business and technology leaders.
Ensure content provides practical value and thought leadership, not generic summaries.
Founder Thought Leadership Content
Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts and thought leadership content for the founder.
Capture and maintain the founder’s voice while translating insights into engaging professional content.
Work closely with leadership to ensure authenticity and alignment with real experiences from project delivery.
Content Voice & Quality Ownership
Maintain and enforce the 2Base content voice and quality standards across all written materials.
Review and audit written content before publication to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand positioning.
Act as the final quality checkpoint for written content before publishing.
Content Brief Development
Prepare structured content briefs that clearly define the topic, intent, audience, and messaging.
Ensure briefs are detailed enough for other team members to develop initial drafts without ambiguity.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaign and growth objectives.
AI-Assisted Content Development
Utilize AI tools to support research and drafting while maintaining full editorial control over the final output.
Develop structured prompts and workflows that improve writing efficiency without compromising quality.
Edit and refine AI-assisted drafts to meet publication standards.
Email and Outreach Copy
Write email nurture sequences aligned with marketing campaigns and lead nurturing strategies.
Develop outbound messaging templates used by the outreach team for cold communication initiatives.
Ensure messaging remains consistent with brand voice and strategic positioning.
Requirements
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong experience writing B2B content, ideally within technology, SaaS, or professional services
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging written content
Understanding of SEO fundamentals and search intent-driven writing
Experience writing long-form content such as blogs, guides, and thought leadership articles
Ability to adapt writing style and write in different voices, including ghostwriting for executives
Strong editing skills and attention to detail in maintaining content quality and brand consistency
Familiarity with AI writing tools and the ability to use them effectively while maintaining editorial control
Strong research ability and curiosity about technology, AI, and business operations
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications or training in content marketing, technical writing, or digital marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
4 – 6 years of experience in B2B content writing
Experience creating technology or business-focused content
Experience writing long-form articles that contributed to organic traffic, engagement, or lead generation
Prior experience ghostwriting for senior leaders or executives will be an advantage
Familiarity with SEO-based content development and search intent
