Sr Visual Designer
The Visual Designer will be responsible for building and maintaining the visual identity of 2Base Technologies across all marketing and communication assets.
In a market where many technology companies rely on generic templates, stock imagery, and inconsistent design, a clear and professional visual identity helps establish credibility and trust. This role will define that identity and ensure it is consistently applied across all marketing materials.
The first phase of this role focuses on establishing the company’s visual brand system, including design rules, layout structures, and reusable templates. Once the foundation is established, the designer will support the marketing team by producing design assets required for campaigns, digital content, landing pages, and marketing communications.
This role reports to the Marketing & Growth Lead and works closely with the content team, performance marketing team, and development team to ensure all visual assets align with the company’s positioning and communication standards.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Brand System Development
Design and establish the 2Base visual brand system, including color palette, typography, spacing, and layout structures.
Develop design guidelines that ensure consistent use of visual elements across all assets.
Build a structured design framework that supports scalable marketing operations.
Marketing & Content Visual Assets
Design visual assets for LinkedIn posts, carousels, social media images, infographics, and diagrams.
Translate written content into visually engaging formats that improve readability and engagement.
Ensure all design outputs maintain clarity, professionalism, and brand consistency.
Paid Advertising Creatives
Create visual creatives for digital advertising campaigns, including Google Display Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Develop variations of ad creatives for campaign testing and optimization.
Ensure creatives align with campaign messaging and audience expectations.
Landing Page Design
Design the visual layout and component structure for landing pages.
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented effectively.
Apply conversion-focused design principles to improve user engagement and action.
Email & Presentation Templates
Design structured email templates, including headers, layouts, and visual elements.
Develop presentation and sales deck templates used by leadership and business development teams.
Ensure all templates align with the company’s visual identity and communication style.
Design System & Template Library
Build and maintain a design template library that enables the marketing team to produce assets efficiently.
Ensure reusable design elements are available for recurring marketing needs.
Continuously review and improve templates to maintain efficiency and quality.
Design Consistency & Quality Control
Conduct periodic audits of published design assets to ensure they follow brand guidelines.
Maintain consistency in typography, layout, colors, and visual hierarchy across all materials.
Ensure visual communication remains aligned with the company’s positioning and audience expectations.
Requirements
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong understanding of visual design principles and brand identity development
Experience creating design systems and reusable visual frameworks
Ability to design clean, structured visuals suitable for B2B audiences
Strong typography and layout design skills
Experience designing assets for LinkedIn and professional social platforms
Familiarity with conversion-focused landing page design
Ability to interpret content briefs and translate them into effective visual communication
Strong attention to detail and design consistency
Design Tools & Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Figma for layout design, landing page structures, and collaborative design workflows.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign (preferred).
Familiarity with template-based design tools such as Canva for scalable marketing asset production.
Exposure to AI-assisted design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and DALL·E for creative ideation and visual asset generation.
Ability to prepare and optimize design assets for digital marketing platforms, social media publishing, and campaign creatives.
Understanding of design handoff workflows and collaboration with development teams for accurate implementation.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related field.
Relevant certifications or training in UI/UX design or digital design tools will be an added advantage.
Experience
3 – 6 years of experience in visual design
Experience working on B2B design projects, preferably in technology, SaaS, or professional services
Experience designing LinkedIn content formats and marketing creatives
Experience designing landing pages or marketing web components
Experience contributing to or developing visual brand systems
