UI/UX Designer

We are looking for an UI/UX Designer who can support the creation of intuitive, visually engaging, and user-friendly designs for web applications, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
The designer will work closely with Business Analysts, developers, and project stakeholders to convert functional requirements and wireframes into clear and visually appealing UI designs.
The role requires a good understanding of design fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute to consistent and modern user experiences across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

UI & Experience Design
Design clean and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Assist in translating business requirements and BA wireframes into structured UI designs.
Follow established design patterns and ensure consistency in layout, typography, colors, and UI components across screens.

Prototyping & Design Validation
Create basic wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma or similar design tools.
Support the design team in presenting design concepts and incorporating feedback into improvements.
Assist in preparing design prototypes that help stakeholders understand the user flow before development.

Collaboration with Development Teams
Work with developers to support the proper implementation of UI designs.
Provide design assets, specifications, and screen details when required.
Ensure designs are practical and aligned with development feasibility.

Usability & Design Improvements
Contribute ideas to improve usability and interaction design.
Assist in identifying usability issues and suggesting design improvements.

Design Consistency
Follow established UI guidelines, design systems, and brand standards.
Maintain organized design files and documentation to support team collaboration.

Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Cloud Products.
Understanding of UI design, wireframing, and responsive design concepts.
Familiarity with user-centered design principles and usability basics.
Basic experience designing interfaces for desktop and mobile devices.
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS concepts.
Ability to communicate design ideas clearly with team members.
Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for UI design, ideation, and workflow support.
Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work or projects.

Good to Have
Exposure to Agile development environments.
Basic understanding of usability testing or user feedback collection.
Experience working on web or mobile application projects.
Education

Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, Design, or related field.
