Associate - Business Analyst

2Base Technologies is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate - Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities :

-Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
-Assist in translating business needs into technical specifications and project documentation.
-Support the creation of business models, process flows, and diagrams to represent the current and future state of business processes.
-Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
-Prepare and present detailed reports, presentations, and proposals to stakeholders.
-Assist in the evaluation of business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
-Participate in team meetings and contribute insights that support project goals.
-Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

-Experience with Microsoft Office.

Experience and Education

-0-1 year
-2024 / 2025 Pass out - B.Tech CS/IT, BSc. CS/IT, BCA Graduates.
