Technical Team Lead(Exp: 5+ years)

Armia Systems PVT LTD @Infopark Kochi is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead with strong expertise in MERN Stack, Cloud Infrastructure, and AI integrations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience leading development teams, successfully delivering multiple projects, and managing end-to-end software development lifecycles.
This role requires a balance of hands-on technical capability, architectural thinking, and strong team leadership skills. The candidate must be comfortable managing multiple parallel projects while ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

Responsibilities
Architect, design, and oversee development using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Lead cloud deployments on platforms such as AWS / Azure / GCP.
Design scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices.
Ensure performance optimization, security best practices, and code quality.
Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
Manage multiple concurrent projects with defined timelines and milestones
Ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
Work closely with product managers, UI/UX teams, and stakeholders.
Identify risks and proactively mitigate project bottlenecks.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of developers.


Required Skills:
Very strong knowledge in MERN/MEAN Stack.
Experience in both relational and NoSQL databases
Strong cloud experience (AWS preferred)
Experience in deploying containerized apps (Docker preferred).
Knowledge of AI/ML integrations, Vector databases
Understanding of DevOps practices and automated deployments.
