UI UX Designer

Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Experience: 2+ Years

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can translate requirements into intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences. The ideal candidate should be strong in both user experience thinking and visual interface design, capable of collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
• Understand business requirements and convert them into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations
• Create personas, journey maps, and interaction models
• Improve product usability and accessibility based on feedback and analytics
• Define information architecture and navigation patterns
• Work closely with product and engineering teams during feature planning
UI Responsibilities
• Design high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries
• Ensure visual consistency across products and platforms
• Create responsive and adaptive layouts
• Collaborate with developers for design implementation and QA

Required Skills
• 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Good understanding of usability principles and accessibility standards
• Knowledge of responsive design and grid systems
• Experience working with design systems and component-based design
• Ability to present and justify design decisions
