System Analyst IT

Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented System Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in requirement analysis, system documentation, and stakeholder coordination. The candidate will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure successful system implementation..
Key Responsibilities:
•Gather and analyze business requirements.
•Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, and functional documents.
•Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder meetings.
•Create process flow diagrams and use cases.
•Coordinate with development, QA, and support teams.
•Perform basic data analysis using SQL (queries, reports).
•Support UAT and ensure requirement traceability.
•Assist in system implementation and change management.
•Identify gaps and suggest process improvements.


Requirements:
✔Strong requirement analysis and documentation skills
✔ Experience working with databases (basic SQL knowledge preferred)
✔Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology
✔Familiarity with tools like JIRA / Azure DevOps / Excel / Visio
✔Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✔Analytical and problem-solving mindset
