Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Manager – Talent Acquisition with 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment function, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring timely hiring to support business objectives. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references
Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate assessments
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring metrics
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Coordinate with HR operations for smooth onboarding
Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards
Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
Experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring (if applicable)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
