UI/UX Lead(immediate joiners preferred)

Armia Systems Pvt Ltd @ Infopark Kochi is looking for Senior UI/UX Lead.
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Lead to drive design excellence, manage Figma designers, and collaborate closely with Next.js front-end engineers in delivering high-quality digital products for our prestigious clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers working in Figma
2. Own UX strategy and UI execution across multiple projects
3. Build, scale, and govern robust design systems aligned with Next.js component architecture
4. Ensure seamless design-to-development handoff with React/Next.js teams
5. Maintain pixel-perfect implementation and UX consistency across products and devices
6. Present design concepts and strategic solutions confidently to clients and stakeholders
7. Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance design workflows, rapid prototyping, and documentation
8. Manage multiple MVP engagements, adapting to evolving startup requirements


Mandatory Skills
1. 6+ years of UI/UX experience with at least 1+ years in a leadership role
2. Advanced expertise in Figma (Design Systems, Auto Layout, Variants, Prototyping)
3. Strong understanding of Next.js / React and component-driven development
4. Proven ability to align design systems with front-end implementation
5. Exposure to AI tools such as Cusror, Copilot, or AI-based design/development assistants
6. Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills

Education - Degree or above

Location: Infopark Phase 2, Work from office(Immediate joiners preferred)
