DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities

1. Design and execute data-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for both technology services and software product lines.
2. Lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns, specifically within Google Ads, to drive lead generation and conversions.
3. Design and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy to establish thought leadership and support the sales funnel.
4. Perform strategic oversight and regular audits of SEO performance to ensure alignment with growth.
5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the ROI of all digital marketing activities.
6. Build and manage automated marketing workflows to improve operational efficiency.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with regional business objectives and lead quality requirements.
8. Manage daily marketing operations and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
9. Analyze campaign data and attribution models to provide actionable insights on marketing spend and pipeline impact.
10. Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the service and product portfolios to expand the company's global footprint.
11. Evaluate and implement marketing technology (MarTech) tools to enhance operational efficiency and tracking accuracy.

Qualifications
1. Experience: 6+ years in digital marketing, preferably within the B2B tech or SaaS sector.
2. Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs), and web analytics.
3. Strategic Ability: Proven track record in developing GTM plans and scaling digital accounts.
4. Communication: Strong professional writing and verbal communication skills.
5. Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
