Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Lead with expertise in React, Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and AWS to lead a remote development team. The ideal candidate will bring strong full-stack development experience and leadership capabilities to deliver scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and architecture.
Ensure code quality, scalability, and security best practices.
Manage deployment and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
Monitor and improve application performance.
