Talent Acquisition Executive (Fresher)

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to hire the right talent.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview updates and feedback.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR.
• Postgraduation in HR (MBA HR / MSW HR or equivalent).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and MS Office.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment.
