Key Responsibilities
1. Define and execute marketing strategy aligned to revenue and pipeline targets
2. Own lead generation across LinkedIn, email, website, events, and partnerships
3. Build clear positioning for product engineering, IoT, and software services
4. Drive campaigns across awareness, consideration, and inbound demand stages
5. Work closely with sales to improve lead quality, messaging, and conversion
6. Track and report metrics: MQLs, SQLs, CAC, ROI, pipeline contribution
7. Manage interns and junior marketers with clear execution accountability
8. Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
Must-Have Skills
1. Strong B2B marketing experience (services, SaaS, or tech preferred)
2. Solid understanding of funnels, ABM, inbound + outbound support
3. Data-driven mindset; comfortable with dashboards and performance metrics
4. Strong content judgment combined with execution discipline
5. Ability to challenge ideas, say “this won’t work”, and course-correct fast
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Marketing / Strategy is a plus
Exposure to B2B technology, engineering services, or industrial domains preferred
