We're looking for passionate and motivated fresh graduates to join our team and provide exceptional service to our clients across multiple platforms—on-call, online, or onsite.
Role Overview:
As a Software Service Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for assisting clients with technical support, troubleshooting, and ERP system guidance. Your primary focus will be on ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues customers may face.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for ERP systems.
Assist clients with system implementation and maintenance.
Resolve technical issues and help clients maximize ERP capabilities.
Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to offer troubleshooting and advice.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service.
Qualifications:
Fresh graduates with a background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Commerce.
Knowledge of ERP systems or willingness to learn quickly.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
A keen interest in customer service and technical support.
