We are looking for an experienced Reddit & Quora Outreach Specialist to increase brand visibility, engagement, and generate high-quality backlinks through strategic and guideline-compliant community participation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage with relevant subreddits and Quora topics
* Create high-quality, value-driven posts, comments, and answers
* Execute ethical Reddit outreach campaigns aligned with community rules
* Manage Reddit accounts, karma growth, and posting strategy
* Track engagement, traffic, and conversion metrics
* Research trending discussions and participate strategically
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with campaign goals

Mandatory Skills:

• Quora Marketing & Community Engagement
• Social Media Marketing
• Internet Marketing
• Social Media Content Creation & Management

Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience managing Reddit and Quora for outreach/marketing
• Strong understanding of Reddit culture and moderation practices
• Ability to create engaging, non-promotional content
• Experience with SEO-driven backlink strategies
• Excellent written communication skills

Preferred:
