About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CE/CRM professional to join as a Contractor. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, integration, administration, and platform development. The candidate will act as a technical SME, working closely with business stakeholders and internal teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Act as technical SME and system administrator for MS Dynamics 365 CE/CRM

Participate in design discussions and gather business requirements

Architect and implement CRM customizations aligned with business processes

Configure and customize forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules

Develop plugins, web resources, and manage solution deployments

Design and develop PowerApps (Dataverse/CDS) and automate processes using Power Automate

Develop and manage integrations using CRM APIs (REST/ODATA, SOAP)

Build and maintain Azure Data Factory pipelines and data flows

Develop reports using FetchXML

Manage CRM security roles, teams, and access controls

Support application issues, debugging, and system enhancements

Maintain source control using GitHub and follow best coding practices

Required Skills & Experience

8–10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM

Strong experience in customization and development using:

JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, MVC

Plugins, workflows, form scripting

Experience with:

Azure Data Factory, Azure SSIS, Azure deployment pipelines

SQL Server

GitHub / source control

Strong knowledge of CRM SDK and system administration

Experience with data migration, integration, and ETL tools (Scribe, Azure Data Factory)

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Desired / Nice-to-Have Skills

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE certifications

Experience with O365 integrations (SharePoint, Mobility)

Knowledge of Data Export Service and Azure SQL

Strong system design and architectural thinking

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM discipline
