Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience - 5+ years
We are seeking a high-performing, polished Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our
team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and
takes pride in representing a premium staffing brand.
The ideal candidate is articulate, professional, highly organized, and confident in communicating with
professionals at all levels—from front office staff to licensed providers. Clear, professional
English communication—both written and verbal—is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
● Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the recruitment process from sourcing and screening through placement
and onboarding.
● Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source top talent through job boards, databases, referrals, social
media, and networking.
● Screening & Interviewing: Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess qualifications, communication
skills, professionalism, and role fit.
● Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships and active talent
pipelines.
● Client Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand staffing needs and deliver
well-matched candidates.
● Recruiting Systems: Accurately maintain candidate records and activity within recruiting and CRM
systems.
● Stay informed on the industry trends, licensing requirements, and recruiting best practices.
Required Skills:

● Strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities

● Proficient with computers and recruiting tools (ATS/CRM experience a plus)

Qualifications:
● Prior recruiting or talent acquisition experience required
● Dental or healthcare recruiting experience is a plus
● Customer service experience is advantageous.
● Staffing agency, sales, or client-facing experience a plus
● College degree preferred but not required.
