Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned, strategic HR professional to drive high-impact people initiatives across Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Experience, and HR Communications. The role partners closely with business leaders to diagnose people challenges using strong critical thinking and logical reasoning, design effective solutions, and continuously improve people practices that support organizational growth, culture excellence, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Design and drive People and Policy frameworks, SOPs, and best-practice COE programs across Talent Management, Performance, Engagement, and Workforce Planning
Lead internal HR communications including newsletters, employer branding content, policy rollouts, and leadership updates
Manage social media and digital employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn campaigns, culture showcases, hiring brand storytelling)
Support and co-create Learning & Development programs including leadership development, upskilling initiatives, academies, and internal capability building
Partner with business stakeholders on HR strategy, change initiatives, and people transformation projects
Drive analytics-based HR insights for workforce planning, engagement, productivity, and talent outcomes
Ensure governance, compliance, and continuous process improvement across People operations
Collaborate on AI-driven HR product initiatives, digital HR platforms, and people analytics solutions to enhance HR effectiveness
Support sales enablement and staff augmentation business development efforts through workforce planning, talent readiness, and client-aligned HR strategies
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong critical thinking, analytical ability, and logical reasoning skills
Excellent written and verbal communication with storytelling capability
Experience in HR COE / HRBP / Strategic HR roles
Exposure to L&D program design and organizational development
Employer branding and social media engagement experience
Stakeholder management and project execution expertise
Exposure to AI-driven HR technologies, digital HR platforms, or people analytics solutions is a strong advantage
Experience in sales enablement or staff augmentation business development is an added plus
Preferred Qualifications
MBA/PG in HR or related field
Certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent (preferred)
