Associate – Customer Support & Social Media

Job Summary
The Associate – Customer Support & Social Media will be responsible for managing email and digital communication channels within a healthcare environment. The role requires delivering timely, accurate, and professional support to patients, customers, partners, and other stakeholders. The incumbent will ensure consistent service quality, adherence to confidentiality standards, and maintenance of the organization’s professional brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and respond to email inquiries from patients, customers, partners, and stakeholders within defined service timelines
• Monitor social media platforms and provide real-time, professional responses to queries and feedback
• Provide accurate information and general assistance regarding services, processes, and support requirements
• Escalate complex, urgent, or sensitive matters to the appropriate internal teams and track resolution
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with healthcare communication and data privacy standards
• Document, track, and follow up on all interactions through designated systems
• Ensure communication aligns with organizational policies and brand standards
• Identify recurring concerns and support process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall service delivery

Required Qualifications & Skills
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service or support operations
• Excellent written communication skills with a professional and service-oriented tone
• Experience handling digital and social media customer engagement
• Strong multitasking and time-management capabilities
• Effective problem-solving and coordination skills
• Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is preferred
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to confidentiality and compliance
