Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MSSQL Developer to design, develop, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with application developers and business teams to ensure optimal performance, data integrity, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries
• Design, develop and manage stored procedures, views, functions, and triggers
• Conduct data analysis and validation, and produce required reports.
• Perform query performance tuning using execution plans, indexing, and profiling
• Ensure data integrity, security, backup, and recovery strategies
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
• Support database deployments, migrations, and upgrades
• Document database designs, processes, and standards

Required Skills

• Strong experience with MSSQL Server (2016/2019/2022/2025)
• Expertise in T-SQL, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with stored procedures, functions, triggers
• Knowledge of normalization, relational database design, and data modeling
• Experience with SQL Server Agent jobs, backups, restores
• Understanding of transactions, locks, deadlocks, and isolation levels
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills


Good to Have

• Exposure to Azure SQL / SQL Managed Instance
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
• Familiarity with version control tools like Azure DevOps
