MashupTech is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (Female) to manage and nurture long-term relationships with domestic and international clients. The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to independently handle client interactions.
๐น Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Manage client communication via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Understand client needs and coordinate with internal technical teams
Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client support
Handle client concerns, feedback, and escalations professionally
Maintain accurate client records and prepare periodic reports
๐น Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3โ5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management
Experience in handling international or premium clients
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients efficiently
Experience in IT services / software industry is an added advantage
