L1/L2 System Support
Below are the requirements for the position:
• Expertise in Office365 management and administration
• Expertise SharePoint administration and Azure active directory management
• Expertise in support and administration of windows 10, 11 and Microsoft
• Windows Server operating systems
• Expertise in using ticketing tool and remote management (RMM) tools
• Knowledge and experience in Backup technologies
• Knowledge and experience in configuration and monitoring of Antivirus systems
• Knowledge in networking tools (Unifi)
• Knowledge in phone systems (PBX)
• Knowledge in Domain management
• Excellent communication required
