Role Summary

A Principal Architect – AI designs and leads large-scale AI/ML and data platform architectures, using Databricks and Snowflake as core platforms. This is a hands-on technical leadership role with strong influence across engineering, data science, and business stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

· Define enterprise AI/ML architecture (batch, streaming, real-time inference)

· Lead Lakehouse and modern data stack designs

· Architect end-to-end pipelines:

o Ingestion → Feature engineering → Model training → Deployment → Monitoring

· Own reference architectures, standards, and best practices

· Guide teams on scalability, performance, security, and cost optimization

· Partner with business leaders to translate AI use cases into production systems

· Mentor senior engineers and architects

· Lakehouse architecture (Delta Lake)

· Spark (batch + structured streaming)

· MLflow (experiments, model registry)
