IT Business Coordinator (0-3 Years)

Work Timing : 2pm to 11 pm IST

IT Business Coordinator responsibilities include:-

-> Lead Extraction
Use predefined criteria to identify and extract potential leads from lead sources.
Identify and collect contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers.
Conduct initial qualification using given criteria of leads to determine their fit for the company's offerings / services.

-> Lead Research
Use limited lead data provided by the team to research additional information using the internet, social media, and other digital platforms.
Social Media Profiling of Leads & Clients -Find and document LinkedIn and other social media profiles of prospective leads and companies, as well as existing clients.
Conduct research and analysis on competitors, prospective clients, and existing clients as required.

-> Outreach Campaigns:
Assist DM (Digital Marketing ) and sales team in creating and executing outbound email campaigns.
Draft and send personalized email messages to gauge interest.

-> Sales and Marketing activity support
Assist DM team with Blog posting (Content will be given).
Post content on the company’s social media pages. Content and graphics will be provided by the SEO or content team.

-> Appointment Scheduling
Schedule appointments, demos, or meetings between qualified leads and sales representatives.

-> CRM and Tracker sheet management
Enter lead and prospect information into the company's CRM / lead tracker system.
