Junior Software Developer-Fresher-Zoho

Techwarelab is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Zoho Developer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher who is passionate about cloud-based business solutions and eager to build a career within the Zoho ecosystem.

As a Junior Developer, you will work closely with our senior consultants to design, develop, and implement customized solutions across various Zoho applications to help streamline our business processes.

Training & Employment Terms:

Initial Training Period: The first three months of this role will be an unpaid training period focused on intensive Zoho development and Deluge scripting.

Employment Status: Upon successful completion of the training period, the candidate will transition to full employment, and a salary shall be provided based on company standards.

Key Responsibilities
Application Development: Assist in the customization and configuration of Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho apps.

Deluge Scripting: Learn and apply Deluge (Zoho’s proprietary scripting language) to automate workflows and business logic.

Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct basic testing of developed modules and assist in fixing bugs or performance issues.

Collaboration: Work with internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Zoho.

Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for all customizations and automation workflows created.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Learning Mindset: A strong desire to learn Zoho’s suite of products and stay updated on new feature releases.

Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of programming logic, databases, and APIs.

Zoho Preference: Candidates who have completed Zoho training or have basic Zoho Creator/CRM knowledge will be given high preference.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory, as you will be documenting processes and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges effectively.
