Digital Marketing Executive – WordPress, SEO & Social Media | Kochi

Job Overview

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive with strong hands-on WordPress experience for our Infopark, Kochi office.

This is a full-time, on-site role focused on WordPress website management, SEO execution, content publishing, and social media management for US and international audiences.

⚠️ This is not a performance marketing or paid ads–focused role.
Candidates without practical WordPress publishing experience should not apply.

Key Responsibilities
WordPress Website Management (MANDATORY)

Independently manage and update company websites using WordPress

Publish and edit blog posts, pages, images, and internal links

Handle day-to-day content updates without developer dependency

Implement on-page SEO directly in WordPress (meta titles, descriptions, headings)

Coordinate with developers only for basic HTML/CSS fixes when required

Ensure website content is optimised for US and international audiences

SEO & Performance Tracking

Execute on-page SEO activities and content optimisation

Track website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console

Monitor keyword rankings and content performance

Social Media Management

Manage business social media pages on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook

Create, schedule, and publish posts independently

Maintain a monthly content calendar

Track engagement and basic performance metrics

Ensure messaging aligns with US B2B tone and expectations

Content & Creative Support

Create basic digital creatives (social posts, banners, posters) using Canva
(Canva experience is desirable but not mandatory)

Assist in writing website content, blogs, emailers, and newsletters

Support preparation of marketing materials for international trade shows or events (preferred)

Required Skills & Experience

2–5 years of hands-on Digital Marketing / Web Marketing experience

Strong, independent WordPress experience (mandatory)

Practical on-page SEO execution experience

Experience managing business social media pages

Good written and spoken English communication skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field

Preferred Skills

Experience working with US or international clients

Exposure to B2B, IT services, or SaaS marketing

Trade show or event marketing experience

Basic familiarity with Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads (not mandatory)

Job Details

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Location: Infopark, Kochi, Kerala
