SAP PM & SAP Service and Asset Manager

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) to support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of enterprise asset management solutions. This role focuses on configuring, supporting, and optimizing SAP PM and mobile maintenance applications to ensure reliable and efficient asset management operations.

Responsibilities
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand maintenance and asset management requirements, analyse current processes, and recommend SAP S/4HANA PM and SSAM solutions.
Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) to support maintenance planning, work order management, and asset lifecycle management.
Design and maintain asset structures including asset hierarchy, functional locations, asset nomenclature, asset analytics, residual life analysis, and asset retirement processes.
Configure and implement SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) to enable mobile maintenance operations and field workforce efficiency.
Support and manage integration of SSAM with SAP S/4HANA PM using SAP BTP Mobile Services.
Monitor and support SSAM mobile application performance, synchronization, and data consistency.
Collaborate with ABAP, BASIS, and BTP teams to resolve technical issues and deliver enhancements.
Support system upgrades, patches, and SSAM version updates, ensuring system stability and compliance with best practices.
Prepare functional design documents, configuration documentation, test scripts, and support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Analyse incidents, service requests, and defects; perform root cause analysis and provide timely resolution.
Interaction with the customer and end-user to understand the issue and provide immediate work around or solution as appropriate

Requirements
Experience in SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) configuration and implementation
Experience in SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) design, configuration, and support
Knowledge of SAP BTP (Mobile Services), MDK, and mobile application lifecycle.
Exposure to SAP Intelligent Asset management
Knowledge of Fiori apps related to SAP PM/EAM
Integration of SAP PM with MM, SD, FI/CO, and PP modules
Experience in support and implementation projects.
Strong Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow, BMC remedy
