Senior Business Development Executive(SAP)

Skill Set:
- Candidates with strong communication skills
- Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems
- 3–5 years of B2B outbound inside sales or lead generation experience in the IT industry.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing lead generation quotas.
- Strong skills in objection handling, negotiation, and professional communication.
- Preferably familiar with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound lead generation campaigns through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry events.
- Identify, research, and qualify prospects within assigned industries and territories.
- Engage with CxOs, IT Directors, and other senior stakeholders to uncover potential IT requirements.
- Manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities and ensure seamless handoff to Business Development Managers.
- Maintain accurate prospect data in CRM systems and leverage sales tools to maximize outreach efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior Inside Sales Associates on prospecting best practices.
- Consistently meet or exceed targets for lead generation, meetings scheduled, and pipeline contribution
