We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer who understands the need to achieve a balance between innovation and the most appropriate solution for our clients.Fundamental to this role is a willingness to learn, become an integral part of the team any adopt the languages, tools, and applications that form part of our environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive user-centered design through research, insights, and experience mapping.
Translate business and user needs into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI.
Design engaging web and mobile interfaces aligned with brand and product strategy.
Create interactive prototypes, micro-interactions, and gamified UI experiences.
Apply strong visual design principles across typography, layout, illustration, and motion.
Validate designs through usability testing and iterative improvements.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Contribute to and maintain design systems for consistency and efficiency.

Skills & Experience

4+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience for digital products.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, visual design, and interaction design.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and similar tools.
Skilled in Adobe Illustrator and After Effects for illustration and UI animation.
Experience designing motion, micro-interactions, and gamified experiences.
Familiarity with iOS & Android design systems and responsive design.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for effective developer collaboration.
Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
