Jr. AI/ML Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an AI/ML Developer who can design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions while understanding the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GenAI/ML/Deep learning as well as a solid understanding of requirement analysis, front-end and back-end development, databases, and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and technical requirements to design AI/ML solutions
Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize AI models and Generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI)
Build and integrate AI/ML models into full-stack applications
Collaborate on front-end and back-end development for AI-powered features
Work with databases to store, retrieve, and process data efficiently
Deploy AI/ML models and applications to production environments
Monitor, maintain, and improve deployed models and systems
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and data teams
Document system designs, models, and workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks
Solid understanding of Generative AI and ML/Deep learning.
Knowledge of requirement analysis and software design principles
Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or frameworks like React/Angular)
Experience with back-end development (REST APIs, microservices, or frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI)
Knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL and Vector Database)
Understanding of deployment concepts (Docker, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms)

Preferred Skills

Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Familiarity with tools such as OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or Hugging Face
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of MLOps tools and monitoring practices
