Opening For Senior Sales Executive
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive with strong experience in selling IT services to the US market. The ideal candidate is a highly independent, target-driven professional capable of generating leads, pursuing opportunities, and closing deals with mid-size and enterprise customers. This role requires excellent understanding of IT services such as Application Development, QA/Testing, Digital Transformation, and Content Management System (CMS).
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities in the US geography through proactive outreach and networking.
Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, first level solution pitch, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, Directors, and senior IT leaders.
Work closely with presales and delivery teams to create winning proposals and solution decks.
Maintain an active pipeline and accurate forecasting using CRM.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand client challenges, competitive landscape, and technology trends.

5-8 years of experience in IT services sales, with strong exposure to US clients.
3+ years of relevant experience in selling Content Management System services (Preferred)
Proven track record in hunting and closing deals in the US market.
Strong understanding of IT services:
Content Management Systems (Umbraco, Sharepoint, etc.) - Optional
Application Development
QA & Test Automation
Cloud / Digital / Modernization
Integrations & Managed Services
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong US network or prior experience working with US customers.
Experience in consultative selling.
Ability to manage time-zone alignment with US clients.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is an advantage.
