Senior Infrastructure Security Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Security Hardening & Observability Specialist to conduct a comprehensive security audit, reduce infrastructure blast radius, and design & implement an immutable remote logging architecture. The role focuses on strengthening access controls, improving visibility, and ensuring tamper-proof observability across our infrastructure.

Scope of Work
*Audit and document infrastructure across VPS, MariaDB, Redis, Ceph, and Kubernetes
*Identify and remove ghost credentials, stale SSH keys, and over-privileged service accounts
*Harden access controls and enforce least-privilege policies
*Design and deploy a centralized, tamper-proof remote logging solution for system and access logs

Environment
*Hetzner infrastructure
*Kubernetes / Devtron
*VPS-based services

Experience Required
*5+ years of relevant experience in DevOps / SRE / Security Engineering

Key Skills
*Strong Linux system administration and security hardening experience
*Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes security, RBAC, and service accounts
*Experience auditing SSH access, IAM policies, and CI/CD credentials
*Knowledge of centralized logging, monitoring, and audit trail systems
*Understanding of least-privilege access, blast radius reduction, and security best practices
