Microsoft Power Platform Developer
We are seeking a proactive Microsoft Power Platform Developer with approximately 2 years of hands-on experience in Power Apps and Power Automate. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining low-code business applications and automated workflows that improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps
Build and manage automated workflows using Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Outlook, Excel, and Teams
Develop and manage data models using Dataverse
Create forms, views, and dashboards to support business processes
Implement business rules, validations, and approval workflows
Handle error handling, notifications, and flow optimization
Support testing, deployment, and user acceptance activities
Maintain technical documentation and user guides
Provide post-deployment support and enhancements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Around 1 year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
Strong experience in Canvas Apps (Model-Driven Apps exposure is an advantage)
Experience creating approval workflows and automated notifications
Good understanding of Dataverse / SharePoint lists as data sources
Familiarity with Power Platform connectors and expressions
Basic knowledge of Power Fx formulas
Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 applications
Understanding of application security, roles, and permissions
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
Exposure to Power BI for reporting and dashboards
Basic knowledge of Azure services (Azure AD, Logic Apps, Functions)
Experience with REST APIs and custom connectors
Power Platform or Microsoft certification (PL-100 / PL-200)
Experience working in Agile / SDLC environments
