We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching prospects, initiating contact, and nurturing leads to support the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, social media, and online research
Research target companies and decision-makers to build a qualified prospect database
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass high-quality leads to the sales team
Maintain and update lead information accurately in the CRM system
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Track and report lead generation metrics and performance regularly
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to research and analyze market data
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets
Strong organizational and time-management skills
