Business Development Executive – IT & Digital Sales (Domestic)
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities in the domestic market through meetings, and networking.
• Promote and sell IT services including web development, software solutions, mobile apps, digital marketing, and cloud solutions.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations and requirement analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and decision-makers.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms to close deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and CRM data.
• Coordinate with technical, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and business events when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in IT and digital sales (Domestic Market).
• Strong understanding of IT services and digital solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify client needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
