Key Responsibilities

· Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers and Testers (~10 members),

· Define, implement, and maintain QA processes, standards, and best practices across various web and Mobile app projects.

· Develop and execute test strategies including functional, regression, integration, performance, and automation testing (when required).

· Collaborate closely with Project, Development, and DevOps teams

· Manage test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management.

· Evaluate and recommend automation frameworks, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency.

· Ensure QA involvement throughout the SDLC (Agile/Scrum methodologies)

· Rroot cause analysis and continuous feedback to prevent recurring issues

Requirements
· 5–8 years of QA experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

· Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.

· Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.

· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and build tools (Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, etc.).

· Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.) and performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, etc.).

· Knowledge of cloud-based testing (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

· Exposure to security testing and DevOps practices

· ISTQB or similar certification is an advantage
