React Native & React JS Lead Developer

Pearlsoft Technologies LLP, Cochin is looking for React Native Lead
Location - Kochi
Total year of experience: 7+ Yrs

Required Skills:
1. Strong experience in React Native and JavaScript / TypeScript
2. Solid understanding of React hooks, state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.)
3. Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
4. Hands-on experience with iOS and Android build processes and Manage releases to App Store and Play Store
5. Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles
6. Lead technical design, code reviews, and performance optimisation
7. Proficient with Git, branching strategies, and release management
8. Knowledge of native modules (iOS & Android) is a plus.

Mandatory Skills:
1. React.js (Hooks, Functional Components, Context API)
2. JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
3.State management (Redux / Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Recoil)
4. HTML5, CSS3, CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, or modern styling frameworks
