WordPress & Shopify Developer (1–2 Years Experience)

We are looking for a WordPress & Shopify Developer with 1–2 years of practical experience in building, customizing, and maintaining websites and eCommerce stores. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in WordPress and Shopify, a good understanding of UI/UX, and the ability to convert designs into responsive, high-performing websites.
You will work closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver client-focused digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
WordPress Development
Develop and customize WordPress websites using themes and plugins
Customize themes using HTML, CSS, and basic PHP
Integrate plugins for SEO, security, forms, performance, and analytics
Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
Handle website updates, bug fixes, and performance optimization
Basic understanding of WordPress security and backup practices
Shopify Development
Build and customize Shopify stores using themes
Customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Configure products, collections, payment gateways, shipping, and taxes
Integrate third-party Shopify apps as per business requirements
Optimize Shopify stores for speed, usability, and conversions

General Responsibilities
Convert Figma / XD designs into functional websites
Coordinate with UI/UX designers and digital marketing teams
Ensure SEO-friendly structure and clean code practices
Maintain project timelines and deliverables
Provide basic technical support after project delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS
Hands-on experience with Shopify
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
Basic understanding of PHP (WordPress side)
Familiarity with Liquid (Shopify)
Experience with page builders (Elementor, Gutenberg, etc.)
Knowledge of website optimization and performance best practices
